What is Sports Therapy?
Sports therapy is an aspect of healthcare that is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability.*

Your first appointment
This will include a thorough assessment were you will be able to discuss with your therapist your presenting problems and together we will work out a rehabilitation programme including the setting of both short and long term goals, treatment specific to your injury and a home exercise plan. This initial appointment will last up to 1 hour.
Your follow-up appointments
All follow up appointments last approx 30 minutes and include re-assessment of your injury to identify any progression made as well as identifying any new goals or concerns.
Cost treatment
